United Renewable Energy LLC Resolves Trademark Dispute
Atlanta, Georgia, May 2, 2023 – United Renewable Energy LLC (“United Renewable Energy” or “URE”), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and United Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (“URECO Taiwan”), headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, announce the resolution of their trademark dispute involving the UNITED RENEWABLE ENERGY and URE trademarks.
The two companies are wholly separate and unrelated entities. United Renewable Energy uses the UNITED RENEWABLE ENERGY and URE trademarks in the United States. URECO Taiwan will use the URECO trademark in the United States.
