NorSouth Constructs completed the second phase of the Allen Wilson redevelopment in Decatur, GA known as Oliver House. This development is applauded for changing what was a dilapidated, blighted and functionally obsolete public housing project into an asset that has changed the aesthetics of Decatur and drastically improved the availability of senior housing. Oliver House was awarded the prestigious 2012 EarthCraft Multifamily Project of the Year and includes such high-profile technologies as a 50 kW solar array. The roof-mounted 50 kW system will be offsetting the common area's electrical bills, and helping them manage the building's operating costs.
This solar installation includes Enphase micro-inverters allowing for maximum solar electricity production.
