United Renewable Energy, LLC (URE) is one of the largest and fastest growing turn-key solar energy solution providers on the East Coast. We provide sales, financial assessments, design, financing and installation of commercial, industrial and utility scale solar power systems, and residential systems in select states.
With fully licensed, NABCEP ™ Certified, in-house installers and electricians, we deliver turn-key solar energy systems in 7 States. Through our certified installation partners, we service the rest of the USA and Ontario, Canada.
URE knows solar in the Eastern US and Ontario. Our area of operation stretches from Texas to the Northeast United States, with large scale system delivery capability nationwide and in Ontario, Canada.
We make today's clean energy technologies easy to understand, easy to get, and easy to use. URE provides renewable energy systems that pay for themselves, and improve businesses bottom line.

William Silva, President and CEO
United Renewable Energy founder William Silva is a widely recognized expert on solar power, and a long-time advocate of its use. He holds degrees in Mechanical and Systems Engineering. Mr. Silva is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer ™, Coordinator of Solar Programs at Lanier Technical College, a Habitat for Humanity Golden Hammer award recipient, and has megawatts of solar PV experience. Beginning with his work at General Electric, his focus has always been on the successful management of large scale system implementation.

Shana Haygood, Director of Sales
Shana Haygood, Esq. Is the Director of Sales for United Renewable Energy and a member of the Georgia Bar. A graduate of Georgetown Law, she founded Equal Access to Justice, a living wage outreach program in Washington, D.C. Ms. Haygood is currently a member of the board of Georgia Solar Energy Association and the Director of Georgia's National Solar Tour. She frequently presents educational solar programs.

Amy Linde, Commercial Accounts Manager
Amy Linde is an Account Manager for United Renewable Energy. She was previously a consumer packaged goods marketing and promotion executive, having managed grassroots consumer promotions, advertising and PR for a wide range of Fortune 500 company brands. She holds a BA in French from Oberlin College, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has been a long-term advocate of recycling and believes fervently in the legacy of renewable energy.

Dave Baritot, Northeast Regional Manager
Dave Baritot is an Account Manager for United Renewable Energy, working to develop residential and commercial solar solutions from New England to Florida. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo, with a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology and Philosophy. Julian Dossche, Account Manager
Julian Dossche is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Dossche holds a degree in French and Economics. He is a dedicated advocate of solar with years of experience in the industry. With a long term history in manufacturing and sustainability, he brings a unique perspective to the Sales Team. He holds the position of President of US Operations for the non-profit Morning Tears.

Neal Erickson, Installation Team Manager
Neal Erickson, a NABCEPTM entry level installer, has extensive technical experience in renewable energy and other associated fields. A dedicated leader in our installation team, Neal intends to be instrumental in developing a nationwide adoption of renewable energy technologies.

Stan Bouckaert, Sales & Marketing Intern
Stan Bouckaert, a graduate of the University of Georgia with a double major in Real Estate and Business Management, is currently pursuing a Masters in City & Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Stan is currently serving as URE’s sales & marketing summer intern and has long-term aspirations in sustainable real estate development.
